REQUEST FOR BIDS – 400 E. B Street, Ault, CO


The Town of Ault, Colorado is accepting bids for a property located at 400 E. B Street, Ault, CO.  This property consists of 2.7 Acres +/- with a 3,840 square foot building.  This property comes with one residential water tap and a sewer tap. 

The property is currently exempt and not zoned.  It will need to go through a site plan and zoning process paid for by the new owner.  The property may be zoned R-1, R-2 or for certain uses in the C or I districts.  It is the Towns’ intent the property be zoned as a low intensity use as it is located next to a residential district. 

The Town of Ault will reserve all easements and all mineral rights associated with the property.

General Requirements

Proposals, bids, or responses will be accepted by the Town of Ault, 201 First Street, no later than 4:30 p.m. January 3, 2022.  Every document must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked as a bid document.  Two full copies must be submitted, each with original signatures.  Any response received after the deadline shall be considered late and will not be opened or considered.  Facsimile or emailed bids will not be accepted.

The Town of Ault reserves the right to reject any and all bids at its sole discretion, with acceptance or rejection determined not later than 60 days following the deadline for submission of sealed bids.
